• Profile information, referral information, and employment or registration data submitted by users.
• Documents and files uploaded by users, including identity records, application documents, and profile images.
• Employee document outputs such as generated ID cards, joining letters, and PDF downloads.
• Technical information such as device type, browser or WebView details, IP address, session identifiers, and server logs needed for operations and security.
• Images or camera input when a user chooses camera or gallery-based upload features from within the application flow.

• To create and manage user accounts and authenticate sign-in sessions.
• To process registrations, employee workflows, customer operations, wallet-related workflows, and related business activities.
• To let users upload, preview, generate, download, and manage employment or customer-related documents.
• To support app features such as camera-based file capture, document downloads, and account profile management.

4. Camera, Files, and Device Storage

The Android app may allow access to camera, gallery, or file selection features only when needed for user-initiated uploads. Downloaded documents may be saved to the device through Android's download system so users can access generated PDF files.

We do not describe these device capabilities as being used for background surveillance. They are intended only for the app workflows that the user starts directly.

5. Sharing of Information

PaisaPay does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

• Authorized internal staff, administrators, and business operators who need access to provide the service.
• Hosting, infrastructure, storage, maintenance, security, or technical service providers acting on our behalf.
• Government authorities, regulators, auditors, or legal bodies where disclosure is required by law or valid process.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, including authenticated access, role-based controls, transport security where configured, and restricted operational access. No internet-based system can be guaranteed as perfectly secure, but we aim to protect information appropriately.

We retain account records, uploaded files, generated documents, and operational logs for as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and internal business records. When retention is no longer required, data should be deleted, anonymized, or archived according to operational and legal obligations.

8. Children

PaisaPay is not intended for children. The service is designed for adult users involved in registration, employee, customer, and related business workflows.
