1. How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like your PaisaPay account to be deleted, please submit your request through the support contact below. Your request should include identifying account details such as your registered email address, phone number, employee ID, or applicant details so the account can be located and verified.

2. What Will Be Deleted

Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, the deletion request may include:

  • User account profile details associated with the app account.
  • Authentication-related account access tied to the deleted account.
  • User-submitted application records, uploaded files, and profile documents where eligible for removal.
  • Associated account data that is no longer required for operational, legal, security, or compliance reasons.

3. What May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, security, audit readiness, legal compliance, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate business obligations.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are reviewed after identity verification. Processing time may vary based on the type of account, pending workflows, and compliance needs. If additional information is required, the support team may contact the requester.

5. In-App Access

Users may also be provided with an in-app path or support flow for deletion-related requests. This web page is published so users can request account deletion even if they no longer have access to the Android app.
